Registration
Can I register at Pro Merita?
Pro Merita, a Self Design Learning Centre for Grades 5-12, is designed to meet the needs of students who have high level commitments to extra-curricular activities. Students who qualify for the program at Pro Merita must be involved in a minimum of 10-12 hours of training (for arts or sports) outside of school hours. Students at the Centre have represented a wide variety of disciplines including figure skating, dance, hockey, diving, acting and gymnastics.
A letter of recommendation from a student's primary trainer is required for entrance into the Program. These recommendations can be sent directly to Pro Merita Academy at admissions@promerita.ca as part of the admissions process. In the event that a student doesn't have a primary trainer, a letter outlining the student's extra-curricular efforts and goals can be submitted by a parent.
If you have afternoon training or a competition schedule that requires you to be absent for a period of time, you’re an ideal candidate for Pro Merita Academy’s Self Design Learning Community.

Contact Admissions through admissions@promerita.ca or call us at 604.984.2783 to indicate your desire to register in the Pro Merita program. All of the registration details and enrolment level can be confirmed and a list of admissions requirements reviewed.
